Is your organisation thinking about starting a kitchen garden? Or perhaps introducing cooking activities into the curriculum?
We’re excited to launch the Vic Kids Eat Well Growing Healthy Environments Competition
We'd love to hear your ideas for creating positive food experiences that help children and young people learn, play and be active.
Who can enter?
The Growing Healthy Environments Competition is open to any organisation that registers for Vic Kids Eat Well during the competition period and answers the competition question.
How to enter?
Simply register your organisation for Vic Kids Eat Well and answer the following question:
In 200 words or less, tell us about a food and nutrition project or activity your organisation could implement in the next 12 months and the positive impact it could have on children and young people.
Whether it's creating a breakfast club or adding veggies to your canteen, we'd love to hear your ideas.
The three most creative and innovative bite applications will win one of three $100 Kitchen Warehouse e-vouchers and a Vic Kids Eat Well pack including: 2 x decals, Kitchen Garden Program Seasonal Planner, Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation: Child and adult sized aprons!
Winning ideas may also be featured through Vic Kids Eat Well communications and showcased as inspiring examples for other organisations across Victoria.
